How Our Network Works

Who Answers Your Call
Composedrequested Walk-In Tubs does not send its own workers to your home. When you reach out, a local provider in our network gets in touch. That provider is an independent business. It runs its own crews, sets its own prices, and gives its own warranty.
Request a callback to check provider availability in your area. Many providers can respond quickly, but times vary.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give a fair quote.
- What do you want: a walk-in tub or a shower?
- Who will use it, and what are their needs?
- What kind of home do you have, and where is the bathroom?
- Do you want grab bars, a bench, or a handheld spray?
- When would you like the work done?
Photos of the room can help. So can rough measurements.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Write these down before you talk:
- Is the quote in writing, with every item listed?
- What is the total price, and what could change it?
- Do you hold the license or permit this job needs?
- Who does the work: your own crew or a subcontractor?
- How long will the job take?
- What does the warranty cover, and for how long?
- What happens if you find a hidden problem, like soft flooring?
If an answer is vague, ask again. A clear provider will not mind.
You Stay in Charge
You can say "I need time." You can ask for a second quote. You can say no. There is no obligation. Take a day or a week. Compare, then decide.
Have an insurance question? Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
